I don't mean to drag this thread out any longer, but as I see it -

Iverson was traded
Walker was cut
The salary I am sending is higher that what he is sending.

The original trade should process fine now with no other adjustments to this thread.

(Note: the reason it didn't work prior to the Walker cut is that the Iverson trade left the Rockets under the cap, but only by $22,000 or so - not enough to absorb the difference in salary sand stay under the cap, which is why salaries had to match. With Walker off the books, they were about $1.5 million under the cap, allowing them to absorb the excess $600K in salary and still be under the cap).
