We've got some movers and shakers in here. Despite the Knicks injuries, their dominance to start the seasons kept them up top. They were on a run to maybe challenge the Bulls.

Biggest Mover : Wizards up 7 Spots
Biggest Drop: Bobcats -17 Spots
