Shall the league remove the anti-tanking rules with respect to DCs as detailed here? viewtopic.php?f=35&t=1300

To be clear, a "Yes" vote means you want to GET RID OF the anti-tanking rules
A "No" vote means you want to KEEP THE RULES IN PLACE

Assuming this passes, what's to stop say, the 5th best team in the league from IR'ing their top 2-3 guys all year, bank a lotto pick, and create a super team for the next year?

I can see the ramifications of this vote making the league unfun...

Answer: from my experience the college sim mostly creates players that take 4+ years to develop. So by the time that rookie you tanked for hits his stride, your 5th-best team is watching TC ruin its over the hill core.
