As was stated before, you may use "paid trainings" on your players during the off-season and during the all star break. You have until Friday's regular season SIM (DC Thread Lock) to post your paid trainings. They will not be processed until right before Friday's regular season SIM (some may be processed prior if inputters have chance to do so).
You will post them in this thread in the following format:

Anthony Peeler - Perimeter Defense +5, Steals +1: 40 points
You will post this here and in your personal points bank thread and deduct those points
