Cleveland Cavaliers Trade Block 2005-2006

Post by 42PhD »

The Cavs have the 8th pick, cap space and roster spots, and they can create more.

Right now the Cavs will consider straight up dumps for low salary players or for higher salary players when attached to a pick or a good or rookie scale contracts.

The Cavs will consider all positions, including point guard.

There's no "I" in team, but you can find "Eat me" if you push it too far.

Merry Christmas, and your gift is Cleveland's cap space, the most in the League currently.

Feel free to approach me with salary dumps. The sooner, the better, UFA round 2 bids are due soon

Available once FA signing rule allows:

Doug Christie
Cedric Ceballos

These guys are on vastly different expiring contracts and can contribute on a good team. Christie is also priced to bring in a big contact, which is good for a deep tax team that want to compete but dump long term money.

Will consider a reasonable asset for them and take the losses.

Cleveland is willing to enter the tax to handle a salary dump for the right asset in the deal.

We are not looking to dump anyone and are more than happy to try again in Free Agency this season.

Feel free to ask about anyone that is not Chris Paul.
