Once again, let's give a big congrats to the Spurs on winning the 1987-88 NPBSL Championship. Well deserved and let's see if they can build together a dynasty for Jordan.
Also, welcome back Nick and the Charlotte Hornets!! And with their return, our first item on the offseason agenda will be the expansion draft. Here is a link to explain how it all works viewtopic.php?t=15499
The main things you need to know about the expansion draft are as follows:
1. You expose AT LEAST 1 player to the expansion.
2. You may protect UP TO 8 players currently under contract on your roster
3. Once one of your exposed players has been picked, the rest of your players revert back to your roster. You can only lose one player.
You are allowed to make trades with Nick/Hornets in order to have him pick (or not pick) one of your exposed players. Please PM a list of your players you wish to expose protect.
IF YOU DO NOT SEND ME A LIST OF PROTECTED PLAYERS, THIS MEANS YOUR ENTIRE TEAM WILL BE EXPOSED TO THE EXPANSION DRAFT.

Below is the offseason schedule:
Tuesday 3/10 Draft Lottery Show begins. (Once the lotto show ends, You will have until Sunday 3/15 at 8pm CST to submit your list of exposed/protected players.) Since this is our first expansion draft, I will be reaching out to everyone every day to submit a list. So if you don't want me to annoy you, get those lists in sooner rather than later.
Sunday 3/15 Deadline to submit Exposed/Protected list at 8pm CST
Monday-Tuesday 3/16-3/17 Expansion Draft. Once Nick makes all of his selections, we can open up the rookie draft thread.
Wednesday 3/18 Draft starts at 9am. We can start taking draft picks as soon as Nick finishes his expansion draft
Thursday 3/19 Finish draft (hopefully). You also have until 8pm CST to exercise your RFA rights. (Wig and I will have the RFA thread and tax thread in the coming days so you will have plenty of time to plan for it)
Friday 3/20 Run RFA at 4pm CST
Saturday 3/21 Declare whether or not you wish to match, decline, or sign and trade your RFA. Due 4pm CST
Monday 3/23 Free Agency Day 1 due 4pm CST
Tuesday 3/24 Free Agency Day 2 due 4pm CST
Wednesday 3/25 Free Agency Day 3 due 4pm CST
Thursday 3/26 Training Camp due 4pm CST
Friday 3/27 Free Agency Free For All opens at 4pm CST. Closes at 8pm CST. Preseason will be run either shortly after FFA closes or Saturday morning
Monday 3/28 Rookie option Decline deadline, Preseason Pressers, Paid Training, Sim 1 4pm CST
