The NPBSL should establish a dedicated Human Resources department to create a safer, more professional environment for all participants. As the league grows, so do the responsibilities of ensuring respectful communication and holding individuals accountable for harassment or inappropriate behavior. An HR department would provide a clear, confidential process for reporting issues, offer education on conduct standards, and help foster a culture of inclusion, fairness, and integrity across the league. It's time to treat the NPBSL like the elite community it strives to be—on and off the court.
