The max points allowed to receive for submitting a season 3 award is 1 point, even if you submit nominations in other categories

Winning nomination gets an additional point awarded for the win.

I nominate @LazyTitanSmash for GMOTY. Mostly for pulling off the Magic deal. Many inquired, all others were denied.

What was the secret sauce that LTS had that got Dr. K to pull the trigger? I'll tell you that sauce, it's that GMOTY sauce, feel me?

I mentioned it on the podcast, but I think @logpmess is the right choice for GMOY. Yes, the Magic Johnson trade was the biggest trade of the year, but consider the sum of Logan's moves:

1. Ralph Sampson to the Celtics for their Playoff Core.
2. Sonics' 1985 1st to the Knicks for Alex English
3. Celtics' and Bulls' 1985 firsts to the Mavericks for Tree Rollins.

None of those trades individually is as impressive as the Magic move. But in aggregate, they have built out a full contender in a season AND shown a sustained pattern of GM'ing excellence.

It was a slow methodical process that took a few seasons, but he stayed the course and built a beast.

My vote for GMOY is [mention]greepleairport [/mention] 63 wins in the toughest division in the league is an impressive feat. Even though he finished with 3 less wins than last season he still made the right moves to come back for another 60+ win season.
