League Activity

Good morning beautiful people,

I would like to take this moment to talk about league activity. While I understand this is a side game we all play for fun, and real life always comes first, I would like to remind people that what makes this league fun is people being active. When teams get away from submitting DCs, making trades, or just participating in any side things that happen throughout the season, it takes away from some of the fun.

The last thing I ever want to do is kick people out of the league but we need to make sure everyone is doing their part in keeping the league active and fun. If something should come up in your personal life, please let me know right away so we can make accommodations for it. I know things come up and definitely don't want personal life to suffer because of a silly little game. But we need to make sure we communicate that with others. Ideally communicate to me through the app or group chat or text me, but if you need to reach out to someone else, please make sure they reach out to me as well so I am aware if you need to step away for a little bit to handle any personal matters.

If I notice you have been inactive for an extended period, I will reach out to try and see what is going on. If I don't hear from you after multiple messages, I will assume you no longer want to be in the league. So please be sure to contact me right away if you need some time away from this game. I can work with knowing you are stepping away for a couple of weeks because of whatever reason, it's much more difficult to work with no communication. '

My door is always open, I'm in the group chat, I have notifications on for the app, and there's plenty of members in the league who have my phone number so I am not hard to reach. All I ask is that you communicate with me so we can make sure this league runs as smoothly as possible
