Please welcome our hosts 1980 SLOE Championship GM RPF and the GM who fails at tanking Eazy P.

Eazy P: Thank you for joining us today as we go though the lottery process to determine who will get the #1 pick. Before we get to that let's congratulate RPF on winning his first ever and league's reset first championship led by Darryl "Chocolate Thunder" Dawkins. As the 6th seed he had to go through some seasoned veteran GMs, who's teams were also the top 3 seeds in the East and then onto the Finals. He had to go through the likes of Doug, Pauly, Charlie and the Final Boss Wignosy. Congrats to the Nets and their fans. Now as we turn the page to this new season, there are a few great prospects that in an alternate universe became NBA greats. We will take a look at a few before going to the lotto.

Isiah Thomas: A 6'1" guard out of Indiana led the Indiana Hoosiers to the 1981 NCAA championship and named the tourney's most outstanding player. He has the potential to be a great passer and scorer on the NBA level. He can grow into being an elite perimeter defender also. He also has a leadership quality like no other. Bobby Knight would have not named him team captain if he thought he wasn't fit to lead the team.
Let's take a look at another prospect Mark Aguirre: Aguirre a 6'6" talented Small Forward out of Depaul is a two-time first-team All-American that averaged 24.5 points per game. He also was the leading scorer for the Blue Demons, leading them to the Final Four in 1979. Aguirre can score. The only issues would be his ego but with the right team his ego could become a non issue.
Next we are going to talk about Buck Williams: A 6'8" PF out of Maryland, Williams, the ACC 1979 Rookie of the Year Award winner led the team in rebounding twice in 1979 and 1981. He also averaged 15 ppg. Williams earned All-ACC honors in 1980 and 1981 and was also selected to the 1980 USA Olympic team. Williams was an elite rebounder in college and we think that should translate to the NBA level.

Next up is Danny Ainge: A 6'5" combo guard out of BYU who can score and defend from the perimeter. Ainge during his NCAA career was an All-American, a two-time First Team Academic All-American, the WAC Player of the Year and a four-time All-WAC selection. He also received the Eastman Award, as well as the John R. Wooden Award. With a good TC and a little paid training he could become great in a short period of time.
We would get into more of the prospects but we will be here all day, with that said we will move on to the lotto. This season we are doing it Royal Rumble style. With more on this Let's go over to RPF.

RPF: Hi I am here courtside where 11 teams will battle it out for that prize #1 overall pick. This should be a great entertaining match. We will see who will be the last man standing and win the top pick of the 1981 draft. Can’t no better than this. Let’s get down to the action as the Rumble is about to start.
