Put mentor mentee trades up for peer review

I think trading between mentors and mentees should have at least one or two outside GMs approve.

For how long? It's hard to set a guideline because different people take different amounts of time to get into the game. I usually recommend that mentor/mentees don't trade with each other until the mentee is able to deal comfortably on their own.

Rescinding the suggestion. I woke up to a deal I didn't like and got hella grumpy about it. Moving on...

Commish should only have this option for teams that are stewarded. Just like in the real NBA.
