Jedihero- Thank you very much Mr. Kroenke, I am excited to be here. Been an Arsenal fan for years and ready to contribute to the winning culture of the Kroenke name. Tell Mikel Arteta I said hola, by the way.

Now, down to business. It's a weird situation to be brought into a team when they have recently had success, but that should tell you how much faith they have in me as a GM and what I will bring to this team. We had a rough training camp, but I had a couple veteran guys that were stuck in their ways of playing and it took them a while to understand my system. Pre season was a good example of what we will bring going forward, expect some fast paced games and a lot of points.

Let me address the big elephant in the room. I came in and I wanted to go for the guy I thought would push this team to the YACHT! We are very excited to bring in a player with the caliber of Justin Amos, and equally excited that he saw the potential in our project and chose to come to Denver. We already had a team that lost in the Conference Finals in a tough game 7, and Amos will help us push our limits and end up exactly where we need to be.

As High School Musical would put it, We're all in this together, Once we know, That we are, We're all stars, and we see that. I think you can see that in the Amos contract. First couple days of Free Agency and we offered a max contract. On the other hand, I hope that winning multiple championships will allow Arsenal to sign Bukayo Saka Jr to the contact he deserves. Bright young star that lad.

What are your goals/expectations this season as a GM and for your team?

One goal. Win. Looking at winning the Silky Johnson Division, #1 seed in the Alpha Conference, Dominating everyone on our way to this franchises 7th SIM League Title and first in 20 years.

Sham Smith, Bulls.com: You've dove head first into participating in the league...so far, what's been your favorite part and your least favorite part?

Sham Smith, Bulls.com: You've dove head first into participating in the league...so far, what's been your favorite part and your least favorite part?

Favorite part has been Free Agency. I'm an accountant so stepping into this team and seeing "OK, these are my current contracts, this is what I can afford this year, etc.." and also figuring out the value of players and how other GMs operate, which will get better with time. Ross Finch is a good example, his desired was about 40mil, I offered him 50mil as a backup option to Amos, and he ended up getting a max contract. So I will look forward every offseason to see how my value of a player gets realized.

Least favorite part has been getting to know the systems yall use. I've never really posted on forums before like Tiger Droppings or Reddit, so this is all kinda new. I'm still figuring out how to link my bank correctly or respond correctly (My first trade post was a mess).

Who?.....Nah, jk. I thrive off of the back and forth with other GMs, really makes me feel alive. Usually people play down any storylines brought up by the media but I say bring them on. The Jazz came out swinging and mama ain't raise no b$*@%. We are going to pound them at every opportunity.

In regards to Morelock, we had a sit down when I came in and I didn't feel like he had what it took to be apart of my system. I wanted to put my mark on this team right away and I had to show that if you don't completely buy in, we don't have room for you. Great guy and I wish him all the best.
