Podcast Media points

This vote took me by surprise, and it looks like it's on track to pass. Does anyone have suggestions on its' implementation? The current guidelines state:

Podcasts of 30 minutes - 1 hour will receive 4 points.
Podcasts of 1 hour - 2 hours will receive 5 points.
Podcasts of over 2 hours will receive 6 points.
Most "contributing" guests will receive 3 points.

I think that, if implemented, we should probably have a sub vote or at least consensus if we are keeping this rubric or changing it. Since I've GM'd, I don't recall more than 1 podcast per season, ~2hrs long for 6 points per host. To hit the max, you would need 2 2hr pods and a third 30 minute pod during 1 season, or essentially two months real time.

Should it be easier to reach the podcast media point cap? Just as hard? Welcoming any / all input.

For me, to start, it's just about giving those their own space and possibly encouraging more activity in them. I'd be open to new guidelines for earning those points eventually too, but right now it was about giving a separate area for (As I see it) the more difficult job.
