IF YOU HAVE A PLAYER ON A ROOKIE DEAL ENTERING HIS 2ND OR 3RD SEASON, YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF ACCEPTING OR DECLINING THEIR 3RD/4TH YEAR OPTION.

Please post here if you are DECLINING your rookie's option. These would be players taken in the 2039 draft (entering 2nd year, declining option for 3rd and 4th year of contract) or 2038 draft (entering 3rd year, declining option for 4th year of contract).
