No because it allowed us to get more roster depth with that leftover money which will help us out this season.false9 wrote: Thu Feb 04, 2021 8:42 pm Ken Quackenbush turned down your offer to take less money in New Orleans. Does losing that asset disrupt the championship timeline?
Yes we are. Bye is looking like the second of the big three. Jordan and Lujan are both looking good too. Might be another season but I like what we have. It's more of a complimentary style roster that has roleplayers and good depth.AngryBanana wrote: Thu Feb 04, 2021 8:48 pm Chet Youtbetcha, Dimmadome News: You mentioned last year that you were in search of your big three, with Bulter being one of them. Are you any closer to obtaining the big three that you were looking to compile?
Michael Evan too. We might have the big 3 already.drkavarga wrote: Thu Feb 04, 2021 9:45 pmYes we are. Bye is looking like the second of the big three. Jordan and Lujan are both looking good too. Hardy or Hodges is most likely I think it could be but Lujan is playing good in the preseason so I'll go with Modestine. He's a vet with a lot of experience that can help out if needed with scoring and rebounding.K-100 wrote: Thu Feb 04, 2021 9:34 pm You were quite active on Day 2/3 of UFA and signed several players to modest, cost-controlled contracts. Which of your players do you think you got the best value deal on this offseason?
He's walking my dog. Try trolling some other GM with that Skip Bayless style question.Xist2Inspire wrote: Fri Feb 05, 2021 9:49 am Random Reporter: What the hell happened to former Rookie of the Year and "core piece" Jerald Alexander?
I think it's a tougher division overall. The Bulls, Timberwolves, Nuggets, Magic, and Heat are all franchises who have had recent success. Hell a lot of them are multiple time league champions. That said it's going to be a dog fight and I do think people are sleeping on this team. I think we're criminally underrated and will make some noise this season.garbageman wrote: Thu Feb 04, 2021 11:54 pm Sham Smith, Bulls.com: With the divisions being reshuffled, how does your competition in Wiggins stack up against your former competition in the Mourning Division?
No but I figured out how to get roleplayers on good budget contracts. And what kind of question is that? That's like asking if the Bucks are ever going to trade Blakemore and Mitchell. We all know the answer is no.IamQuailman wrote: Fri Feb 05, 2021 4:59 pm Did you figure out UFA again this offseason or nah?> Quakenbush tends to disagree if you say yeh
