---I think we should have new, non-returning GMs should get a new GM allotment of maybe 20pts (enough to make a trade or minor training). This allows them to be more active early on when maybe limited in assets.

-No full points for DC participation for all recommended. (might necessitate DC coordinator). Just showing up and posting recommended usually results in the same DC/GP (unless there's an injury or a trade). This puts the onus on the input team to have to needlessly check a handful of DCs every sim. Not the biggest deal, but also not the most deserving action of points.
