Lotto has rolled and though most teams stayed put, a team has jumped multiple spots for the coveted top 3 spot.

Apparently there's a large gulf between what Tim Thomas thinks he's worth and what the bulls front office thinks he's worth
I am being told the Raptors are more bbc.co than happy with Billups development, and won't even entertain or look at a winning teams offer.
Hearing from RFA crop that the Heat must think the weather is really nice after receiving their offer
No big surprise here, Tim Duncan and Tracy McGrady with the most max offers bidded on.
Anthony johnson's agent says he's a top tier pg in the league, and the first team to offer a max will get him on the spot. Still waiting though
After a slow start in the bidding process, teams are coming around on Antonio Daniels
I am being told Tim Thomas has received 4 max offers. All from West teams.
Tracy McGrady leads the pack of RFAs with 8 max offers currently.
KVH currently holds 7 max offers. Wow
Tim Duncan sitting on 6 max offers.
Chauncey Billups and Tim Thomas have received 5 max offers currently.
Anontino Daniels, the most likely to be moved, has received 3 max offers.
Surprisingly there isnt a lot of interest being shown in Alvin Williams. It wouldnt be surprising if Antonio Daniels received more max offers than Williams received in total bids!
My source tells me a team that recently submitted their bids have won a big man by grossly overpaying him. I think this player is a "lock" to go to said team.

Not me. I'm out of cap space to grossly overpay with.LoCo89 wrote:Chris Broussard wrote:My source tells me a team that recently submitted their bids have won a big man by grossly overpaying him. I think this player is a "lock" to go to said team.

After having a very quiet day, Bobby Jackson has suddenly become a hot commodity overnight and has bids locked into place for high value multi-year deals. Teams are falling in love with his 3 point shot and quickness as a PG.
We have reached out to Allan Houston to get his opinion on how round 1 od UFA is going for him.
"Honestly, it has been very quiet for me lately. Maybe in round 2 after teams miss on their initial targets I can get the offers I know I deserve."
Of course big money has been thrown out to Mourning, but fellow C Shawn Bradlet has received multiple max bids. This will be interesting.
Key players in Lakers winning seasons, Vin Baker and Bruce Bowen, have gotten a lot of love from the league. Lakers are hopeful their bids are competitive enough and their FAs show loyalty.
