It's under "Draft Central" in the "Offseason Central" part of the forum.

Click on the "Draft Preview" tab in the league index: pbsl.ijbl.net

It hasn't been fully updated with all the players who have been drafted yet though, so be sure to check the draft thread to make sure the guy you're selecting hasn't been taken yet. You pick 19th.

We are now in the RFA Trade Moratorium period. No trades will be processed (except sign-and-trades of Restricted Free Agents) until RFA is completed (Sunday 2/1 at 5 pm Central or all teams have accepted/declined/S&T, whichever comes first).

So how does trading newly acquired free agents work? I know the game itself only has limits on trading MLE/BLE signing, not sure if anything different was voted on.
