2027 Conference Lottery.

I will be using the following site to randomize the conference. The selection process will go as follows:

Basically i went through and retagged the teams with their new Divisions but then i realized the lotto just flipped flopped the whole damn thing (1,2,3 are every other so they're in the same conference) so i just wasted a ton of time.
