I have had this happen a while back and wig was able to fix it when he had time to get around to it without me putting in a ticket. It worked for me to explain my use, but it hasn't worked for some other folks, and it did take a good week before they got to my request. Unless Wig has any ideas on this, not sure if there's anything else we can do.
