Have a lot of draft picks to use here, wouldn't mind using a combo of #16, #20, #22 to move up from #16. Or trade them outright for future picks, win-now players, and/or points.

Probably need to move one of McCall, Russell, or Stumpf who all again could be packaged with some of these picks, some of my future picks.
