If the repeal fails (i.e., we continue to allow players to be renamed), there will be a proposition in the second set of Propositions as to whether guidelines for player renames will be implemented (e.g., "real life collegiate players who graduated after 2015 are allowed") with names not explicitly allowed left to the commissioner's discretion.
Poll runs for 5 days so that we can run a second set of Propositions once we know the results of the first set.
