2nd Rounders Non-Guaranteed Contracts
With 2nd rounders now getting the benefits of RFA...I honestly thought the 2nd year of their contract was a team option. Seeing that it is not, I suggest we make the 2nd year of their contract Team Option. I beleive 2nd rounders in real NBA aren't even given a contract at all initially. Just seems to make sense to me.

Their contract is a vet minimum contract, which means cutting them early incurs no salary cap penalty. This basically has the same effect as the contract being a team option.

OK...I thought it did that for the current year, but any future years of the contract still counted against the cap. BRB I have a cut to go make.
