Can we make this dependent on whether or not we do free rookie contract insurance (and doing away with RCT)

Yeah but i think this job is calculating everything for the league so that wig doesn't need to check each before processing.

Tbf wig said tc insurance was an honor system deduction. Like trading points he isn’t going to check those.
