I'll do my best to do a few interesting and fun things throughout the season. First things first though! SEASON PREDICTIONS!So since the first sim happens in about 5 hours the deadline here will be the 2nd sim, which is MONDAY the 28th @ 5pm CST. Which means you can wait until after you see the first sim to make your predictions. BUT the question is will those results help you or hurt you!!?? Once you post your predictions NO EDITS ARE ALLOWED. If I see an edit your picks will be forfeited. Just PM me if there is an issue that you would need to edit anything.
Cost here will be 3 points that you MUST subtract from your points bank. You don't have to link the subtraction but please subtract them when you post your picks. I'm hoping for lots of participation here so I'm going to extend the rewards a bit. At least 10 GMs here would be great and give us a nice points pot. There will be rewards for 3rd, 2nd, and 1st place.
3rd place: Entry fee returned (3pts)
2nd place: 25% of remaining pot minus the 3rd place(3pts)
1st place: 75% of remaining pot minus the 3rd place(3pts)
So in a pot of 10 GMs it would look like 3rd: 3pts, 2nd: 7pts, and 1st: 20pts. And that's only 10 out of 30 GMs we have. If we get 15 GMs or more, I'd like to add a 4th place as well. The prizes should be solid and the chances of winning points will be just as solid.
