A few seasons into the college aspect being imported into the game, what do you see as the positives and negatives up to this point? Was it the right change for the betterment of the league?

If you had dictatorial power over the league, what is the one change to the rules you would make?
(preferably something that would be too unpopular to pass a vote but that you feel deep down would improve the league - that would make for better discussion )
