This means the higher salary total moving to a team must be within 125% of the lower salary total. Smart, Tittle, and Hickson make a combined $5,399,128 so the maximum amount of salary that can be received in return is $6,748,910. The combined salaries of Mozgov and Felton are $7,097,033 (too high; this is 131% of the outgoing salaries).
