Obviously the hold up with RFA is the complexity of the situation for the Bulls and Knicks. People close to the organization say the Bulls have potential sign and trade deals for both Sullinger and Drummond. The price for Drummond is steep, however, as they would have to give up LaVine. If they choose to make that deal, Sully will end up back in Philly. If they decide they can't part with LaVine, they'll trade for Sully. Meanwhile, they are trying to get either Milburn or Stark from the Warriors for Beverley.
The Knicks are mostly just sulking. They were hoping to sign and trade Bazemore but the Clips simply don't have anything they want. On the other hand, the Knicks need to keep Henson and will but are a little salty over the price tag. In the end, they'll match both.
