See viewtopic.php?f=37&t=4113 for details. Simply put, currently the media cap is 15 points per season. Do we wish to loosen/remove the cap?
Voting will be done in "instant runoff" format. We will use the result where at least half the league feels the cap should be "at this point or lower." This will be done as follows: if 15 point cap is chosen by at least half the league, that will be the result. If not, 15 will be eliminated from consideration and its votes added to 20. If that has the support of at least half the league, 20 will be the result. If not, 20 will be eliminated from consideration and its votes added to 25. This process will be repeated until we reach a point where at least half the league's votes accrue to a value lower than "Remove Cap."
If at least half the league votes for "Remove Cap" the cap on media points will be removed entirely.
