Renaldo Balkman is not eligible for trade because he was signed by the Wizards on 1/1/2015 (prior to Sim 5) and has not been on their roster for 60 days. This trade cannot be processed.

So apparently I thought the "change to 60 days for in-season signings" suggestion was brought up for a vote and passed - but in going back to check, it never was. The current rule is that in-season signings must be on the roster for 1 sim before trading so this trade is legal. Will be processing momentarily, sorry for the confusion.
