Sim Vegas Planner (2013 Season = IAmQuailMan):
- Compensation: 5pts towards media allowance
- Developing Post-Season Tournament, Pre-Season Over-Under Picks, etc. rules
- Coordinating and running the post-season/pre-season "betting"

I'll volunteer if Xist takes banners. I can't do both, but i feel like banners would be more critical than sim vegas so i'd forgo this to keep the banners rollin
