I'd have to abdicate the position for my heart to no longer be in it. These unsubstantiated claims are of bias intent for general overthrow. I've been loyal and immediate with point distribution when an article has been released. I will continue to be YOUR Media Moderator and this will all be in jest.NOLa. wrote: Wed Feb 08, 2017 9:55 am It's official! We're having our first ever election for a league official. Usually it was hard enough to get a volunteer, but after a healthy debate about point distribution and Nicks heart no longer in it, I want to officially add my name in the election!
NOLa. for your media coordinator!
Throughout the season I will update my credentials as I go, but first a few reasons why I may be the right candidate for the job:
1. I'm very active and been with the league for quite some time. The older members will remember I made my name in the Media sub-forum back in the Hornets/Pelicans Report days. I still stay active in this department and just today was a participant in the 5 on 5 article posted.
2. I will lobby to expand our media rules and procedures. Why do we have a cap of 5 points an article? Why do we have a cap of 15 points per season? This isn't my first time asking these questions, and many will remember I was a huge proponent in upping the max from 10 to 15 seasons ago for us to have more points. I won't stop fighting.
3. I know more about media article rules than the current coordinator, and most of the Skype chat room. Most here didn't see, but I posted up 2 essays a few months back and was awarded 5 points for the first, then 1 point for the second. The current media coordinator, along with many others in the chat, made up rules about why it was worth 1 point. After standing my ground and constantly asking them where the fuk they were pulling these new rules out (besides their asses), we were able to conclude that I was right and I was awarded the proper points.
There are other reasons why I'm qualified and the others like Nick and Doug are not, but we will get to those soon.

Inability to move on a topic we are facing now (NOT creating a new point system starting next year) is being me-first when the entire vocal league is demanding you change your point distribution. Funny thing, you use scott's 1st 5 on 5 as your basis for your stance, yet thats' where this whole controversy started where you completely ignored everyone involved.NickMalone77 wrote: Wed Feb 08, 2017 11:52 amI'd have to abdicate the position for my heart to no longer be in it. As previously discussed, I am always able to listen and hear out alternative solutions for the future that can help make this process more enjoyable for all. These posts do nothing but bitch and moan till people start declaring me first points of view do nothing to further the league. Shame on you all for those that contribute to this thread.
