27. Portland Trailblazers (via Hawks) – C Hamed Haddadi
28. Sacramento Kings – PF Luc Richard Mbah A Moute
29. Denver Nuggets – PG DJ Augustine

Kevin Love (B/P) – Already has one championship under his belt. He is the star of this class. He is a great two way player and is able to stretch the floor with the three point shop and also score down low.
Prediction: Supermax from current team

Russell Westbrook (B/B) – A freak athlete with great basketball skills. He is going to be a top point guard in the league for many years to come. The Spurs look to be in a cap tornado, but that should not sway them from resigning this player.
Prediction: 4 year max from external team; matched

Derrick Rose (G/B) – Score first minded point guard that still has some room for growth. He is going to be a cornerstone of this Blazers team for the foreseeable future.
Prediction: Supermax from current team

Goran Dragic (B/B) – Possibly the best point guard from the draft. He brings has the quickness to get by defenders, but also a current rating of 99 from 3 pointers that can allow him to knock down shot if left open. He still has room to improve on his offensive game too.
Prediction: Supermax from current team.

Deandre Jordan (B/B) – One part of a three headed monster in Oakland. This team has plenty of cap room next year to resign Deandre Jordan. He is a cornerstone of this franchise alongside Stephen Curry. Having Zach Randolph under contract for three more years means this team has nothing to worry about as long as they resign Jordan.
Prediction: Max salary from outside team; matched

Omer Asik (G/G) – Asik took a hit during this past training camp. He is only playing 26 minutes per game, so while he is integral for this team at the moment, he doesn’t seem like he will be going forward. Also, this team just signed two RFAs this past season.
Prediction: 4 year, $14 mill/year from outside team; Sign and Trade

Serge Ibaka (G/B) – The Heat have gone on record of saying that Ibaka is a part of their plan going forward. Having taken a hit in his rating after fracturing a leg last season, Ibaka took training camp by the brass and got all of his potential back before the break.
Prediction: 4 year max by outside team; matched

Brook Lopez (Y/Y) - A solid enough contributor that never really developed more. He has been a key to this team in all three years in the league. This team is in massive rebuild mode, so look for them to lowball on this RFA.
Prediction: 4 year, $9 million/year from current team

Danilo Galinari (G/G) – Very much a role player with pretty good athleticism. He was supposed to be looked at as a floor stretcher, but his three point shot never developed too much. The intangible for him is his size and quickness. At 6’10” and 259 lbs, his spot on the floor as a small forward is hard to get past.
Prediction: $15 mill from outside team; declined

Nicolas Batum (Y/Y) – A role player that is solid offensively and solid most other places. He has value in this league as a scorer off the bench. Stuck in the SF role due to his lack of quickness. This team is already over the cap for next season, and will be signing Russell Westbrook.
Prediction: 3 year, $8 mill from outside team; declined

Other players to consider:
Michael Beasley – Developed exponentially in Miami. Has the ability to be a great scorer with his size and athleticism.

Ryan Anderson – The three point shot is so hot right now. His offensive skillset will get him a big contract even if he is more of a role player

OJ Mayo – Already a well traveled NBA player, OJ has an offensive skillset that will get him money, and a decent enough defense to get him multiple years.
