Trade deadline, as well as cut deadline, is 8 pm Central. DCs are due at 8:15 Central. Note I probably will not be able to actually run the sim until later due to having to leave at about 7:30 pm Central for a meeting that starts at 9 pm Central (best guess I'll be home between 11 and midnight Central).

Did a pass through on the rookie draft file - some players have been adjusted and I believe all of the players already in the league (e.g., Griffin, Mozgov) should have been removed from the rookie file. There may be some changes remaining but this should look pretty close to the final file.
