S20 Sim 1 Results (11/2-11/18)

Post by WigNosy »

Results are up! http://pbsl.ijbl.net

Please note that I had to make an emergency waiver signing as the Pistons dropped under 8 healthy players with the Rip Hamilton injury going into their 11/9 game. When I clicked "Exit" somehow the game interpreted a double-click on the "sim season" button (which appears where the Exit button is). I stopped the sim as soon as I could but games on 11/16, 11/17, and 11/18 were simmed. Rather than going back and re-simming from the start of the season (the last save point) I elected to let those 3 days stand. So this sim was slightly longer than normal and the next sim will go 11/19 through 11/30.

Tyreke and Collison played great and Mozgov is filling the role I want from him beautifully. Future looking bright!

Hmm, kind of a fugly sim. There's definitely kinks that need to be worked out.....which won't be easy now that Roy's gone. Like the way my frontcourt's started out though.

Looking forward to the Curry v. Rose matchups for years to come.

Round 1: Rose (20,11,6) def. Curry (19,7,3)
Round 2: Curry (37,11,3) def. Rose (24,9,3)

Idk... ZBo played like shit. Got some kinks to work out but I'll take a 6-2 start out of the gate.

S20 Sim 1 Results (11/2-11/18)

Post by TrayWithAnA »

The heart of my team out for 50 days and I sold off our depth for Amar'e.

Gonna have to Gameplan the shit out of these next two months. Since I started from scratch when I was healthy, I don't know if that's possible.

Gotta get right and then move my way up the standings as far as I can in the meantime.

Smith looked great in his filler role. Probably just stole Marion's starting spot once Allen is back.

5-4, about what I expected. My defense isn't the worst yet, and my offense can definitely be better. Love to see Bosh start strong.

3 wing players averaging 20+ ppg. Richard Jefferson looks like a stud and is available on day 60. 26ppg on 54% from the field and almost 40% from 3.

Didn't expect to be great, so no panic here.

The good:
Titan Chandler 20/13/3/2
Nate Robinson 18/4.5
Monta Ellis 16/6

The Bad:
Monta Ellis FG% 40%
The offense in general
The defense isn't where it needs to be

This is the kind of results post that deserves participation points.
