Bucks feeling antsy (Dec 15 and Trade Deadline are our favorite days of the sim year)...

Everyone available. entertaining offers of all kinds, offer something stupid prepare to be ignored or laughed at... but you won't know if it's stupid until you ask :)

Amare playing efficient AF
Artest playing great
Parker doing Parker things
Battier being that linchpin on off and def
CJ Watson looks OUTSTANDING for a 2nd year player (harro 62% TS%)
Haywood and Foster both playing great in our center rotation
Marcus Banks and Jarvis Hayes are doing WERK off the bench

Anyone interests you... hmu

Question for the league. If I trade a player to a team , and their intent is to tank. Should I be charged with tanking ?

What is the players intent? I think that is the real issue here.

After seeing the Gugs cut yo-yo, I should note player releases not required to make trades legal (i.e. for salary shedding purposes only) will be processed AFTER the trade deadline. Don't panic if it looks like I'm not processing them yet.

HOF Nomination Open. Latrell Sprewell is automatically selected because he received over 50% of the vote. Click here to see the other recent retirees and see if you think any of them deserve to be in the HOF.

Today's sim is likely to be delayed as I am on the road for business and will probably not be near a computer at 5 pm Central.

Also, here is the schedule for the remainder of the regular season:

Monday, July 4: No sim (enjoy fireworks and food!)

Wednesday, July 6: Sim 11 (4/1 - 4/12)

Friday, July 8: Sim 12 (4-13 - 4/23) - END OF REGULAR SEASON

Playoffs will begin Monday, July 11. Note I will be unavailable to sim that week so the rest of the input team will be handling the playoff sims until I get back (either Saturday July 16 or if not, Sunday July 17).

Wanted to take just a sec to introduce my GM successor for the Milwaukee Bucks... he will be under my tutelage for the foreseeable future, but by the time he's ready, the league will be put on notice.

Starting this Thursday, July 7, I will be out of the country (New Zealand) for 4 weeks. I'll be returning August 5th. The first 2 weeks, I'll likely have very limited internet access, but that should be playoffs. I'll hopefully have some more the next 2 weeks. As far as trade messages go, I'll try and check as often as I can but I can't promise a response. Basically, if you'll have a trade inquiry, give an offer, cause I honestly have no idea how much time I'll have to respond.

Nominations open for HOF until Friday. I know it's a bad class, but there are some decent players in this master list that could probably get some love. And you get 1 point for nominating!

Late sim today due to way too much going on today (had a couple of unexpected major issues come up at work and now trying to clean everything up so I can be out of town next week). Probably looking at a no-Skype-call sim near midnight CST, as I'm not going to get another chance to be near the forum until then.

If the input team wants to run the sim earlier, they have my blessing to do so.
