Loco/Wig proposed the idea of creating incentives for those who send in FA bids faster.
- 1st 10 teams to submit -> +1pts
- 2nd 10 teams to submit -> 0pts
- Last 9 teams to submit -> -1pt
Voting closes at final sim of post-season. Please post "VOTED" in thread once submitted. This is how we will track who has voted in polls for purpose of voting participation points. Must vote in all polls and must post "VOTED" in each thread to qualify for participation points.

To clarify, the first 10 teams in get 1 point each for a total of 10 points awarded. They do not get 10 points each for a total of 100 points.

The reasoning here is I don't like losing a point if I have no $ to spend and don't have to bid on anyone.
