Rookie Mini-Trainings

Post by WigNosy »

Original thread here: http://fbbsimleague.proboards.com/thread/2344/

We need to hash out what the structure should be of rookie trainings here. I suspect when we go to a final vote following the season, we will be voting for one of the following options:

a) No reward for playing rookies
b) Use the "Sophomore Training Discount" proposed in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=37&t=229
c) Whatever we hash out in this thread as the proper rookie training allotment (or perhaps c1, c2, c3 will be votes among various proposals here)
d) No change (play a rookie 30+ minutes for 60+ games, get 3 points)

Kind of an alternative here. Instead of doing mini trainings in the traditional sense of trainings, how about we only allow the mini trainings to add to current rating. That way we kind of fulfill the sense of 'If a player plays more he can learn more and thus develop fast'. With this, it would be true and u could throw 3 points into the current (as long as it doesnt overlap his potential) at the end of the season (or whenever).
