IF YOU HAVE A PLAYER ON A ROOKIE DEAL ENTERING HIS 2ND OR 3RD SEASON, YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF ACCEPTING OR DECLINING THEIR 3RD/4TH YEAR OPTION.
