GM Change Announcement

I regret to inform the league, but PrepP reached out to me regarding his ownership of the Bulls. He privately expressed to me that he regretfully decided to step down as GM of the Chicago Bulls. Recently he has had some real life things that require more of his attention and focus (100% understandable). When active, Prep is a great asset to the league, and a good guy to have around in general. I told him that when he can get his personal matters settled that he is more than welcome to rejoin once a team comes available.
