The exception above (a) makes no sense and (b) is not the way the game engine works either (the game engine enforces a 60-day wait so the guy in the example above I signed on November 15th couldn't be traded until January 15th).

I would also also suggest we clarify the Stepien Rule by making the change below (replace Red text with Blue text) - as written, it suggests in 2004 I could hang on to my 2005 pick but trade both my 2006 and 2007 picks because the rule only mentions the two drafts.

- You MUST have at least one first round pick for the upcoming two drafts.A trade that would leave a team without a first-round draft pick (need not be their own pick) for two consecutive upcoming years is not permitted.
- You cannot trade picks not shown in index.
- You cannot trade more than 10 Points in a single trade.
