2003-2004 LUXURY TAX THREAD (Splice)

Post by kucoach7 »

I just want to make sure that the massive hike is intentional. For example last year as a 1st timer $15.5 over, I had to pay 41 points. A team in the same situation this year will have to pay 104. This seems like an extreme increase. This year I have 2 points and am looking at a 150 point bill after I scrap the extra vet mins on my roster. I will either have to sell off a star for a small return to make my bill reasonable or I will certainly be unable to pay my tax bill.

This is a bit ridiculous. And it would have been nice to know prior to UFA.

Hell, I may have to get back the 40 points I gave for training. I didn't know the bill was gonna be this high.

Something is Really weird.

2 years ago at 10mil over the tax would have been 73 for a 4yr repeater
Last year at 10mil it would have been 64

Wig with the ninja update on the OP. Thanks, Wig. I can now sleep easy knowing I won't have to sell Shaq for 10 points, a 2nd rounder, and Jason Kapono.
