First and foremost, We'd like to congratulate the 2003 NBA Champion Toronto Raptors and their GM Soundwave! Give 'em a hand!

Tonight, we celebrate an induction of numerous men into the elite class of basketball players. Many teams have hopes and dreams for this draft, that they may acquire one of the many premier talents available this season. Tonight their fates are sealed as we reveal the order of the 2003 NBA Draft LottOP.

Now for the real reason all of you are here, the players. This seasons Lotto is the LottOP because this draft looks to be a once in a generation type draft. We have an incredible crop of young talent entering the league and I know the GMs of SLOE are just itching to know where they will pick.

LeBron James SF: St. Vincent-St. Mary High School

LeBron James is the crown jewel of this draft. In short, he looks like the perfect basketball player. At 6'8 with unbelievable athleticism, LeBron brings the ability to defend 5 positions and strong rebounding ability to the SF position. In addition, LeBron possesses the ability to be a primary distributor for an offense with passing ability that rivals that of SLOE Champion Magic Johnson. LeBron has the abilities to become the quintessential OP and many expect him to reach that level.

Dwayne Wade SG: Marquette University

In most drafts, Dwayne Wade would be by far the best player in the fold, but this isn't most drafts. Wade is most definitely no consolation prize. Wade brings a tantalizing blend of athleticism, defense, and scoring to the SG position. Wade may already be the most athletic shooting guard in the league by the time he is drafted. Although Wade's natural position is at the 2 spot, the team that drafts him may be inclined to play him at PG as he has incredible court vision and a tight handle. Wade become one of the leagues better shooting guards and has the makings of a star.

Carmelo Anthony SF: Syracuse University

Melo, as many call him, just recently led the Syracuse Orange to a National Championship as a freshman in college. He is a winner, first and foremost. Where he lacks in defense, he more than makes up for with his heart. Melo is an elite scorer, unmatched by any in the draft. He brings the size and athletic ability to shoot over others and abuse players in the post. His strong rebounding paired with his speed allows him to initiate the break and finish by dishing it off or dunking in traffic. Any team that gets Melo will have an alpha scorer who could be the centerpiece on a championship team.

Chris Bosh C: Georgia Tech

Chris Bosh is the best big man in the draft. He can score in the at an incredible capacity and provides very strong defense. The place Bosh excels is athletically as he can elevate over opposing big men to shoot and is far too quick for opposing big men to stay in front of. Bosh's versatility allows him to beat centers off the dribble or power through power forwards on the block. Bosh will be an All Star in the future and completes the top 4 players that appear in this draft.
