1999/2000 In-Season Negotiations.

Post by Soundwave »

Simple,

Watch this:

phpBB [video]

Now read this:

Below are some basic rules for In-Season Resignings:

* Players coming off of rookie deals are NOT allowed to be accepted, they are automatically in the RFA pool for next offseason. We did not clear those out from the recording.
* Accept/Decline only option, no negotiations.
* Deadline is by trade deadline. If player has not been accepted by then, it's automatically declined and player will be an unrestricted free agent for next offseason.

I thought it was decided all players coming of rookie contracts went into the RFA pool, that the inseason negotiations for RFAs were to be ignored.

The fact that I actually could've resigned Christie during the season hurts like hell. I guess I can start fresh now.
