Let this thread act as the tracker for RFAs that cannot be traded upon the completion of RFA for 1 full "year" (until the next RFA is completed). By rule, RFAs (once matched, resigned or acquired through S&T or incumbent declining to match) are ineligible to be traded until AFTER the following off-season's RFA period is completed.
