The Kings have a lot of candidates for TRADE OF THE YEAR. And part of me was leaning to another one... but this trade i think tips the scales in keeping BOTH teams competitive and in the top halves of their respective conferences.

The Bulls received a LEAGUE LEADER in scoring in Calvin Natt... that alone really is why its a win for them. The Kings received 2 guys that bring instant offense for a team (at the time) was looking to get 2-for-1 offensively. It absolutely did the trick. And these 2 dudes are helping keep them in the hunt for a top-4 seed in the West. Just an all around win-win for both teams.

Glad we stuck with it coach. Always a pleasure. @greepleairport
Moses Malone is the answer. The gamechanger went to a team that was on the cusp. Had a really good team that was a little bit short. All of a sudden, there is a nightmare matchup to anyone that has to play him. His injury was compared to two other players injuries because he is that impactful of a player. This trade alone has the ability to push the needle from fringe playoff team to title contender. On the other end, Darrell Griffith got the warriors a piece to start building a war chest of assets.

Celtics/supersonics trade gets my vote. And yes, it’s mainly because my team is involved. While this season was a disappointment, and I didn’t have my own pick, I was able to trade an elite scorer for a really good big as well as getting a lottery pick this upcoming draft and a future 1st. It also helps that I got 15 points so hopefully I can make the right draft picks and have a solid rebuild and come back as a strong contender in the future
