Part 2:
I think your MJ is better than THE MJ and the best player in the league...always have. Do you think it affects your legacy as a GM if you can't get it done at least once while having Magic?
I'm looking for a center who can block and maybe one more utility piece. For the value of a max contract Magic is still the best value on the team. I probably trade magic for the entire Spurs team...LOLdigiskunk wrote: Sun Sep 28, 2025 9:26 pm Buzz M'Ballsoff, (Men's Health): You have a star lineup but your squad lacks depth. What will you do to remedy this? How will you utilize the bench? Will my wife ever respond to my phone calls? Is there somebody else? Please tell me if there's somebody else...
Moreover, who do you think the most valuable player on your team is? Also, who do you believe has the most value and what is their asking price?

Mostly just enjoying the ride...but i want to win one sooner rather than laterAngryBanana wrote: Sun Sep 28, 2025 8:06 pm Chet Youbetcha, Dimmadome News: With MJ being a truly unstoppable force, do you feel pressure to build a team around him or are you enjoying the ride?

Very bitter about last season....I had a super solid team and I tried to get to cute....I like making moves and I think I made one to many...So yes this is a revenge tour year!Eazy P wrote: Mon Sep 29, 2025 9:12 am Will this year be somewhat of a revenge tour after what happened last post season?
Mike Mitchell is a waste of space...he didn't do anything on the warriors for years, and than he becomes some unstoppable for when I put Jack Sikma on himJNR wrote: Mon Sep 29, 2025 9:40 am GWR: Do you worry about how it looks to openly advocate for injuring a player who has widely been recognized as a good person who donates to charity and volunteers at the San Diego SPCA?
Honestly one of your podcast, talked about the necessity of having a defensive team to win a title...also the market kinda dictated it....I also feel good about my scoring having MJ on the team...I don't need a lot more scoring if anything they are going to be taking shoot that should be for MJ.WigNosy wrote: Mon Sep 29, 2025 11:41 am Steve Duin, the Oregonian:
Your team has traditionally been built around scoring in the backcourt - World B. Free, Jamaal Wilkes... what made you change your strategy and bring in Michael Cooper, who is known as a defensive stalwart?
I have my eye on a bunch of C... but most of them are g/g C, a really good backup is what I'm looking for. You know someone on the cheaper side...So no I wasn't in the market for Alton Lister, mostly because I like my core and to get Alton Lister, I'm pretty sure I would have had to get up at least one of those pieces + draft picks etc... Looking or g/g blocking backup Centers on losing teams... a guy like Manute Bol would be perfect... except his asking price was to high...greepleairport wrote: Mon Sep 29, 2025 1:20 pm You say you're looking for a blocking C. ...were you in the running to pick up Alton Lister, this season's most valuable piece on the trade blocks?! If not, why not?? Who else are you eye balling for that C spot?
Yeah that sucked.... I didn't have a true SF so when I moved magic to PG, the team fell apart. I honestly thought I wasn't as good as the Bucks after they made a few moves and I was worried about my back court being good enough to hang with a team like the Bucks. I should have just been patient and let it ride...but I do like Cooper better than Brad Davis so I'm happy about it for this season.jlmarines wrote: Mon Sep 29, 2025 3:50 pm Justin Bieber, Teremana.com: Last season you were the team to beat. Unfortunately, the playoffs was a huge surprise to the entire league. Are you planning on a different strategy this year? If so, what's the game plan for this year.
