the "old" server unless something goes wrong.

UPDATE: 12/13/204 8 pm Central - The forums have been migrated and you should be seeing them on the new server (confirm by checking to see if your URL starts with https://)

Note my new method for syncing HTML exports is experiencing some issues; I will advise once I get them working properly. They were tested and working so well yesterday. *sigh*

Also, Tapatalk seems busted. Taking a break to eat but will kick some more things later tonight and tomorrow. Already had to manually update a bunch of stuff to get the board working since we are on PHP8 on this server and not PHP5.

Also, got the "Enhanced" HTML stuff working - find it at Enhanced/html - and am working on pulling down the old PBSL archives which will eventually be dumped into the appropriate section of Archives/ (also created code that automatically sorts and organizes NPBSL data so the commissioner(s) don't have to manually set up the archives any more, it "just happens" - goal here, besides taking away the "insecure" prompt, is to massively reduce the work and technical skill needed by the admins to keep the ship running).

I have a couple of other ideas in mind, but I have to figure out how to implement them as they're new ideas I haven't tried before. Will keep everyone posted.

One note: I discovered Google and Hotmail are currently rejecting email sent by the new server; if you rely on emails from the server to ping you about Private Messages, mentions, and the like, those are not currently working. Tapatalk (as long as you're synced to the new NPBSL group) is working as far as I can tell.

I have updated the DNS (SPF and DMARC) records for the domain - this should fix the email issue once the new records are discovered by Google/Microsoft (but I can't control how long that takes, Google says it could be up to 48 hours). I will keep trying and let you know once the issue is resolved, but as far as I can ascertain all the records are set correctly, it's just a waiting game now.

Server email is now confirmed working (DNS propagation complete), though emails may land in your spam/junk folder depending on your mailing service's policy (they shouldn't, but you never know).

I did alter the email address from which the forums send (was admin@ijbl.net and is now no-reply@pbsl.ijbl.net) which could cause some delivery issues, I will watch that next.

Just confirmed the new forum email address is online and working. I think that concludes all the stuff I was testing.

It was pointed out to me that the Trade Checker didn't make the move.

It's now here: Enhanced/check.htm as "Salary Tools" - and if I did it right, it should automatically update the salary cap figure each season as we move forward. We'll see, I guess.
