The old rule was as follows....

"If you do not submit a DC, you will be put on auto-pilot until you check in with me (or submit a DC). If you've submitted your DC, you must post about it on the forums in the interest of keeping things rolling"

This could potentially allow us to move quicker through the playoffs and even potentially get extra sims in on the same day. As it stands now, if there are teams who have not been submitting depth charts, even if we're only waiting for them. We have to wait until the sim deadline time
