Welcome to the Kings S71 Press Conference! Let's recap last season and talk about the future.
We got something special brewing in Sacramento. We managed to go on an incredible run after the All-Star Break and got the 7th seed to make the playoffs! We took the Golden State Warriors to 7 games too which nobody expected so we are proud of the team’s success.
More good news! We brought back Jordan Poole and Lenz Durrenberger during free agency and swooped in and got Sanford Benfield and Ayo Dosunmu from the Orlando Magic for free. Additionally, we drafted Gerardo Strawser who had a great TC! We are really excited about the team’s potential now. The Kings have a great group of prospects now and are going to be a big part of the franchise in the coming seasons.
Overall, I think the Kings are well on their way to competing for a championship. We have some tough competition in the division, but do not be surprised when the Kings go on another run this season to make the playoffs.
We are excited to get another season started and look to continue building this team into a winner. Thanks for your time today. We will not be answering any questions.
